Ocean Pond Waiver Release Form 

By signing this liability release form, I understand that I am entering private property and participating in the high risk sport of mud bogging. I have voluntarily chosen to encounter this risk. If I am entering this event with anyone under the age of 18, I assume full responsibility of explaining the risk and will act as the guardian of the underage child until I leave the property of Ocean Pond Mud Bog.

The high risk of this sport include but are not limited to injury of any or all body parts, loss of any or several body parts, and even possible death. I could sustain personal injury or injury to a personal belonging.

My participation includes but is not limited to camping on the grounds of Ocean Pond Mud Bog. Watching trucks, motorcycles, four wheelers, and/or UTV’s. As well as operating trucks, motorcycles, four wheelers, and/or UTV’s.

I waive all my rights to a jury trial and understand that if I feel the need to pursue legal action against Ocean Pond Mud Bog or any persons involved with Ocean Pond Mud Bog, I agreed to arbitration only. Security is provided to assist few enforcement officers only. I agree to NO FIGHTING, NO WEAPONS AND/OR FIREARMS, NO GLASS BOTTLES, NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, I will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in Dixie County.
